Mary formed MK Consultants, Inc. in 1989 offering occupancy inspections, mailing services, trustee’s sales posting, legal publishing, auction services, and senior sale tracking/bid at sale services. The company has grown to offer additional products and services such as nationwide recording of documents, worldwide service of process, office support for trustees, mobile notary services and escrow signings, appraisals, eviction coordination— the majority of which revolves around trustee’s sales. Mary is a member of the ATA and UTA, and attends all educational seminars and conferences.
Katie TerBush
Operations Manager, Director of Marketing and Business Development
Katie has been with MK Consultants, Inc. since September 2012 and has grown our trustee sale services from 3 to 23 states, and has taken on a greater role with the overall efficiency of the office. Her goal is to continue to expand on the services we currently offer while keeping our existing integrity and high standard of old-fashioned customer service. She also plays an integral part in our industry’s educational associations and serves on the Board of the United Trustee’s Association.
If Katie isn’t at the office she is likely spending time with her husband, son, and dogs camping up north or adventuring on an old dirt road!
Cindy Lou Gregg
Service Coordinator
Cindy Lou Gregg has been in the foreclosure and legal industry for close to 35 years. She has processed foreclosures for banks and for “mom and pop” beneficiaries over the years. Cindy Lou also manages all service of process requests, putting in the due diligence of research and preparation to reduce time and cost for our clients. She’s creative, efficient, and never forgets a birthday!
During her down time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, dog, and family.
Tara Lynn

Having over 25 years experience in the legal field, Tara has worked as a private investigator, a paralegal in both family law and personal injury, a licensed CLDP, a court ordered supervisor, and a fraud analyst. Not only will she go out of her way to help others, she provides excellent customer service, pays close attention to detail, and loves taking on new challenges. Tara started with MKC in the Publication Department and within a very short time was promoted to the Trustee’s Sale Department.
Although Tara has great work accomplishments, she is known for her witty commentary and will laugh at herself every chance she gets. She is also an amazing mother to her 3 boys and her St. Bernard Bella.
Deb Youngblood

Deb Youngblood brings over 20 years of experience and professional services to MK Consultants, Inc. She started her career in the financial industry and holds a bachelor degree from Arizona State University.
Deb shares her expertise and detail-oriented professional capabilities with the MKC team. For almost 20 years, she has consistently earned awards for production, service, and leadership. Deb has led dynamic teams of Account Executives, managed the training and education for a financial services company, and worked closely with professionals to navigate the changing markets.
Deb has joined MK Consultants as a Legal Services Coordinator/Office Administrator. She thrives on supporting and serving our clients and staff with the same level of commitment and support she has demonstrated throughout her long-standing career.
In her time off, Deb enjoys spending time with her son, Jaden and her husband Kerry. She loves to read, camp, and accomplish DIY projects.
Brittany Lajeunesse
Publications Coordinator
Brittany came to MKC with previous office experience in different fields and has found her home in our Publications department. She strives for perfect customer service and excellent communication with both our vendors and our clients. She’s possesses extreme attention to detail, enjoys growing our footprint and newspaper vendor pool, and has flourished as an important part of the MK Consultants, Inc. team!
Although Brittany does love her work family, when she’s not behind her desk juggling newspapers and ad placements, she’s spending as much time with her two kids and fur baby, Nala.
Julie Tejada
Back-Office Processor, Trustee’s Sale Officer
Julie has been in the mortgage industry for 33 years. She has been a front-line underwriter with a broad range of underwriting experience including FHA, VA, Conventional, Non-Conforming ALT-A, Subprime, and 2nd mortgage loans. She has also been a self-employed forensic underwriting consultant for 13 of those years. She conducted forensic underwriting reviews and authored expert witness rebuttal responses on closed loans included in secondary market securities litigation. Julie joined MKC in May 2023 and her attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to multi-task makes her fit right in with the rest of the team.
If Julie is not at the office, she’s likely spending time with her two kids, dogs, or working on one of her art projects such as painting or jewelry making.
Myrian Peery
Accounts Receivable
Myrian started with MKC in 2023 and has truly found her home. She moved to Arizona in 1999 and fell in love with the state and all it has to offer. Shortly after moving here, she ventured into the financial industry in payment investigations for corporate banking and has been linked to administrative and accounting duties since. While she enjoyed her journey, experiencing different fields, positions, and companies, when she walked into MK Consultants, Inc., it was a perfect match! She excels at keeping track of our various client requirements, processing procedures and preferences, and maintains a consistent level of detail which is necessary for accuracy in her position.
Myrian has 3 daughters that she devotes her time and they love the outdoors, camping, hiking, and anything that creates memories together. And, she loves her cats!
