Mary formed MK Consultants, Inc. in 1989 offering occupancy inspections, mailing services, trustee’s sales posting, legal publishing, auction services, and senior sale tracking/bid at sale services. Her company has grown to offer additional products and services such as nationwide recording of documents, nationwide service of process, office support for trustees, escrow signings, mobile notary services, BPOs, appraisals, eviction coordination— the majority of which revolves around trustee’s sales. Mary is a member of the ATA, UTA, and attends all educational seminars and conferences of not only both Associations, but also of the California Mortgage Association.
She has held the position of ATA vice-president and has served on its Education and Convention committees. Mary has spoken at ATA conventions and the Tucson Old Pueblo Chapter of Association of Legal Administrators, has presented a comprehensive foreclosure seminar to local law firms and title company paralegals and employees, is involved in the Tucson Paralegal Association and in the National Association of Legal Administrators, and has been hired in the past as an expert witness. She spends her down time at her home on the coast of Oregon where she goes crabbing and relaxes with a glass of wine.

KATIE TERBUSHDirector of Marketing and Business Development
Katie has been with MK Consultants, Inc. since September 2012. Since returning to MKC full time, she has enjoyed growing our trustee sale services to 15 states, streamlined our nationwide service of process, and taken on a more managerial role within the office. Her goal at MKC is to continue to expand on the services we currently offer while keeping our existing integrity and high standard of old-fashioned customer service. She also plays an integral part in our industry’s educational associations.
If Katie isn’t at the office she is likely spending time with her husband, son, and dogs camping up north or adventuring on an old dirt road!
LYNDA MARGERUMSales Desk and Accounts Receivable
Lynda has been with MK Consultants, Inc. since June 2009. She started her career at MK Consultants, Inc. as Records Manager, and has since moved to our sale’s desk, and manages all receivables. Lynda’s attention to detail and solid work ethic allow her to handle a variety of tasks while still maintaining her ever positive attitude. She truly brings a great energy to the office!
She’s originally from Phoenix and enjoys reading, camping, and spending time with her adorable, precocious grandchildren.
CINDY LOU GREGGService Coordinator
Cindy Lou Gregg has been in the Foreclosure and legal industry for close to 20 years. She has processed foreclosures for banks and for “mom and pop” beneficiaries over the years. Cindy Lou also manages all service of process requests, putting in the due diligence of research and preparation to reduce time and cost for our clients. She’s creative, efficient, and never forgets a birthday!
During her down time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, dog, and family.
KRISSY FLATGARDOrder Desk
Krissy Flatgard is a Midwest native, born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Krissy fell in love with the valley after visiting Arizona in 2012 and decided to pack up and make the move in the summer of 2016. She is happy to say she is here to stay! She has over 10 years experience in customer relations and takes great pride in the service she provides to each client.
When not playing a crucial role here in the office, you can find Krissy outdoors with her kids. “Since we come from a state that more than half the year it’s impossible to enjoy activities outside, we are taking full advantage of all that our new home has to offer”.
